Abraxas - #207 Santana 1968 CBS 1/1/68 Classic. Oye Como Va introduced all of America to Salsa. Carlos Santana had his popular culture masterpiece at an early age and is spending the rest of his life redefining it. His guitar work is first noted here but it is the organ that sets the tone for the Hit. His masterful guitar work takes second place only on the hit though, he shines on the other objects.
